Hyundai i30– The i10 and 120 have been huge hits in the Indian market. Placed above i20 it will have a tough competition because it will compete with power-packed hatchbacks as well as a few sedans but has potential to come out victorious. Hyundai i30 will be a 3-door hatch with features like electronic stability control and vehicle stability management etc., the Hyundai i30 2016 will be a fully power-packed vehicle. It is expected that the new Hyundai i30 will be fitted with 7 airbag system, hill assist control and TFT supervision instrument cluster along with 17-inch double spoke alloy wheels, etc. The Hyundai i30 features include interesting specs and we can expect a loaded car from Hyundai.
Tata Nano Diesel– After the much talked about Tata Nano which came only in the petrol variant the car is all set to be launched in the diesel variant. Nano Diesel will come powered by a brand new 800cc, three-cylinder turbocharged unit. Tata has been reportedly, working with Bosch and Castrol on this front and if everything goes well, we will be able to see the Nano Diesel variant cruising the streets of India by the end of 2017.
Hyundai Santro Facelift– The Hyundai Santro had dominated the Indian hatchback segment for more than a decade.The Hyundai India would be introducing the new-generation Santro with new design for the exteriors and specifications in-line with the fluidic design featured in the Eon and Grand i10 models. The new Hyundai Santro 2018 would be featuring dual-tone interiors, multi-information display instrument cluster and latest-in-technology infotainment system. The safety features, such as power windows, central locking, immobilizer and fog lamps, would be featured as standard. The airbags and anti-lock braking system could be offered as options in the top variants.
Volkswagen Up– The Volkswagen Up! hatchback that is sold in Europe is the three door model. What will head to India however, is the five door version with increased wheelbase and improved cabin space to suit the needs and demand of a typical Indian family. Volkswagen Up is expected to get a combination of disc and drum brakes, which perform well. It might also come with a unique emergency city breaking mechanism with sensors to prevent collisions while driving in the city traffic. Other safety features might include dual airbags, central locking, impact beams, rear defogger etc. The excellent commuting for city driving and high fuel efficiency figures will definitely be a boon for people travelling in peak office hours. Upon its launch, the Volkswagen Up will compete against the top car variants in the market.
Maruti Suzuki Swift Sport– Maruti Suzuki is all set to launch the third generation Swift, the Maruti Suzuki Swift Sport by the end of 2017.The new Maruti Suzuki Swift Facelift is redesigned with sharp styling, and the dimensional features, such as length, breadth, height and wheelbase, are also expected to be increased by few inches. Some of the new styling features that it will feature include projector headlamps, L-shaped daytime running lights and new hatchback exterior door handles. The interior fit and finish, and comfort features will also be improvised with new trims and flat bottom steering wheel, and the kerb weight will be reduced for getting better fuel economy and performance.
