The car has a very simple decor. The length of the car is 4900mm, the width is 1765mm and the height is 1590 mm. The wheel base is 2600 mm with a ground clearance of 180 mm. The wheels are 16 inch. It is a 5 seated car with a fuel tank capacity of 48 litre.


 The interior of the car is well updated technologically wise and is also comfortable and spacious.  The seats are comfortable, adjustable and are made of leather. There are several comfort options like keyless entry, tilt steering, steering mounted controls for audio system, telescopic steering, illuminated glove box, automatic climate control reverse camera, reclining rear seat etc.


There are only two diesel options and one can choose from those two options. The 1.3 litre turbocharged DDiS 200 produces the maximum power of 90bhp and 200Nm torque. The 1.6 litre turbocharged DDiS 320 produces maximum power of 120bhp along with 320Nm.  The mileage in the 1.3 litre engine is 23.65 kmpl and in the 1.6 litre the mileage is 22.7 kmpl.

Braking and Safety Options

There are a number of safety options which the company has provided and they are: Anti lock braking system, the central door locking system, driver air bag , front passenger air bag, anti theft security system and reverse parking sensor are available.

Performance and Handling

The S Cross Handling and Performance wise the 1.6 litre diesel variant is a hit. The 1.3 litre diesel variant is equally competent and good enough but if well minutely tested then the 1.6 litre variant is better.
