The petrol versions come with 5 speed manual and 4 speed automatic transmissions and deliver a mileage of 20.36 kmpl. This engine can deliver a maximum power output of 80 PS with a peak torque of 11.4 Nm. The LPG versions are fitted with a 1.1 12V SOHC iRDE2 LPG engine. This engine is connected to a 5 speed manual transmission. The models that offer LPG are Era and Magna. The LPG models deliver a fuel efficiency of 15.3 kmpl. This engine can generate a power output of 69 PS and a max torque of 10.1 Nm.

From the outside, the i10 is a great pleasure to look at. The stylish front grille gives this car a smart appeal. It also comes with an electric sunroof which can be made to slide back and forth by the light touch of a button. The front bumper of the car gives it sporty look while the head lamps have been designed in a long and slanting fashion to add to the unique look of this car. The rear view mirrors come fitted with turn indicators are electrically adjustable.

The interiors of the i10 come with a dash of sophisticated flavour owing to the chrome accents on the gear knobs and the door handles. A dual tone light brown and beige shade brings on the premium look of the cabin. To ensure safety of the passengers, this car has been provided with dual airbags in the front along with ABS to prevent locking of the wheels during panic braking. Other features include reverse parking sensors, multi reflector fog lights etc.
