MFC Buying Guide – Hyundai i20 Active
With the launch of this car, Hyundai aims to increase their market hold and leverage the domestic volumes. This crossover is built based on the present Elite i20 which is the second generation model of the i20 in India. It shares the same platform but comes with additional features. The new car is also in line with the new fluidic design of Hyundai. The revised radiator grille in the front bumper with new fog lights and sweptback projector head lamps have been carried over to the new model from the earlier i20 hatchback. The company has endowed the i20 Active with a body cladding while bringing in a new design for the alloy wheels and roof rails.

The newly designed tail lights have been carried over with the addition of the spare wheel which is mounted on the tail gate of this car. Apart from these upgrades, the 2015 Hyundai i20 Active features a slightly upgraded cabin. The i20 Active’s interiors are different from the standard i20 hatchback’s interiors. The cabin of the new model looks funky with colour coded pinstripe and dashboard accents. The upgrades in the car are in the form of two dual shade interior options like tangerine orange and aqua blue combined with black.
