Mahindra is launching the new Mahindra Marazzo with a bang. The last Marazzo made by Mahindra had 7 seats and was Rs. 8000 less costly. But the added price comes with an added value. It now comes with 8 seats. In fact, the new Mahindra Marazzo comes with both a 7 and an 8 seater variant and this definitely pleases the big fat Indian families.
8 Seater Marazzo
The old Marazzo top spec model had only captain seats in the second row. This was the Marazzo M8 variant. The new variant is priced at Rs. 13.98 lacs and is a good eight seater car. This is a mere Rs. 8000 more than the last top spec Marazzo model but it is worth the wait and the money. The new Marazzo by Mahindra has received bench seats as an upgrade to its features. The complete range of different variants of the Mahindra Marazzo is priced within Rs.9.99 and Rs.13.98 lacs.
An arrangement with three sitting in the third row seems quite uncomfortable and forced even, but with the new Mahindra Marazzo, that is not a problem. You can seat 7 or even 8 people quote comfortably in this car. This car comes to fit your world and your dreams. The cabin of the Mahindra Marazzo is a spacious and comfortable one. It is just a nice feeling to stay together and travel together and the new Mahindra Marazzo is the right companion for it.

The top spec model gets a number of other adornments as well, such as the – 7 inch state of the art infotainment system which comes with Android Auto and Apple car play support. There is also a reverse parking camera, 17 inch alloy wheels, LED daytime running lamps and many more. There are amazingly looking faux leather seats embellishing the interior of the car along with window mounted sunshades provided for the passengers sitting in the second row of seats.
This new Mahindra Marazzo comes with a very new D15 engine fuelled by diesel and it generates a torque of 300 Nm @ 1750 to 2500 rpm. It is a 1.5 litre, 4 cylinder containing engine with a power output of 121PS @ 3500 rpm. The engine comes coupled to a 6 speed MT i.e. manual transmission. There is no automatic transmission option available with the car as of now.

This car made its debut along with the Roxor at the Detroit Motor Show. There has been no plans for introducing this car at the American market as of now. Both the Roxor and the Marazzo have been designed at the Mahindra North American Technical Centre (MNATC) at Detroit in Michigan.
While the Roxor has been scheduled to be sold solely in the American market, its partner at the debut Marazzo, makes its way into the Indian market. The Roxor is powered by a 2.5 litre diesel engine containing a 4 cylinder unit which generates a power output of 61 bhp. The Marazzo on the other hand generates 121 bhp at the rate of 3500 rpm.
