Mahindra is to bring to the world four different variants of the XUV 300. These cars will have the best torque of all times. There will be different petrol and diesel variants. The petrol variant is supposed to generate a maximum torque of 200Nm while that will be 300 Nm for the diesel version of Mahindra XUV300.
The very new Mahindra XUV300 is to be launched in February 2019. The car will have availability in three variants namely – W4, W6 and W8. There will also be an optional W8(O) variant. None of it has been launched as yet and India is eagerly waiting for them all.
These cars will come with two different power boxes – a 1.2 litre petrol engine and a 1.5 litre diesel engine. These power packs have been inspired by the Mahindra product – Marazzo. This month, Mahindra launches the official bookings for the all new XUV300. The all new XUV300 by Mahindra is to set up a fierce rivalry against the upcoming Vitara Brezza and the Tata Nexon. This car will have its bookings starting at a price of Rs. 11000, as decided by Mahindra.
Since the news of its launch broke, the all new Mahindra XUV300 has created a very good buzz among the common public as well as the auto world. It is in fact one of the most awaited launched that the new year is scheduled to witness. The details of the specifications of the car that have already surfaced include – XUV300 having the longest wheelbase of its segment and the biggest spacious cabin. And now it comes with the added advantage of being available in 4 amazing variants.
There will a number of firsts for the new car as well. It will have a number of segment first features, such as – seven airbags, dual zone automatic climate control, all four disc brakes and front parking sensors among others. There will be some standard features that will embellish all the four variants of XUV300.
There are a number of other features that make the new XUV300 a class apart from most other Mahindra cars. First of these many features is the feature that it is most proud of – being the torquiest Mahindra car. It would also definitely come with a 1.5 litre diesel engine which would generate a torque as high as 300Nm while its petrol counterpart which will have a 1.2 litre engine would generate 200 Nm of torque.
The diesel engine produces a torque that is higher than that of Vitara Brezza which is at 200 Nm and also that of the Tata Nexon which is at 260 Nm. So these two cars have to contend harder if they plan on defeating the new XUV300. The petrol engine of the XUV 300 has been co-developed by none other than Ssang Yong and the brand name definitely speaks volumes.
